“I really enjoyed the company of Rolly these past few years. Horseshoes gave him purpose and something to look forward to. I attended a number of tournaments with him. The first I remember was in Wetaskiwin where I signed him up with an Alberta Horseshoe Pitching Association membership. He arrived in Wetaskiwin on his motorbike and slept in a tent, in the rain. Rolly really demonstrated his courage toughing it out in the rain. I will miss Rolly. Sorry for your loss. Dave Burrows”
