He is survived by: his wife Marlene Otrhalek; his children, Morgan (Tammy), Amber (Jon), Jordan (Claire) and Andrea; his grandchildren, Tolliver, Rhett, Indya, Sierra, Holliday and Tiller; and his sisters, Anne, Lydia (Gerald) and Rosemarie (Ron).
