He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bogusky and Mildred Bogusky (Kostelnik); his brother Roy Bogusky; and his daughter Val Renae Bogusky. He is survived by: his brothers, Don Bogusky (Dorothy) of Lethbridge and Alfred Bogusky (Ann Pappert) of Guelph, ON; his daughters, Dale Nelson (Blair) of Milo, AB and Tara Brummelhuis (Anthony) of Vauxhall, AB.; his grandchildren, Travis Nelson (Natasha) of Fairview, Taylor Meier (Derek) of Hays, AB, Mitchell Brummelhuis (Carissa) of Vauxhall, AB, Mack Brummelhuis (Makayla Tashiro) of Vauxhall, AB, Carmen, Jessica and Malia Brummelhuis of Vauxhall; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Nelson, Kayden Meier, Brodie Meier and Marcus Brummelhuis.
