She is survived by: her spouse Raemer England Gardner Pepper; and her grandchildren, Amber, Jason (Russet Thomson), Leslie, Ashley Ortlieb, Jesse (Tara Shaw), Jordan, Katie (Eric Garner) and Zoe Pepper. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
