He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Hendriks and Jean Hendriks; and his sister Veronica. He is survived by: his children, Brandon Hendriks and Mia Hendriks; his stepdaughter Kayla Russnaik (Clint); his siblings, Gerald Hendriks (Mary), Margaret Manley (Tom), Annette Vander Molen (Rob), Elizabeth Bakker (Dave) and Loretta Schlichter; and his nephew Chad Vander Molen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
