Edward Henry Friesen Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2024, at the age of 84, Edward Henry Friesen of Lethbridge, Alberta, born in Swift Current, Saskatchewan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Abram Friesen and Maria Friesen. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Glen Friesen (Cheryl), Gail Jones (Ronald) and Gregory Friesen; his grandchildren, Kari Friesen (Brad), Darnell Jones (Julia) and Tyrell Jones (Erin); his great grandchildren, Benjamin Sutherland, Angela Boros, Caprice Boros, Rylan Boros, Kase Jones and Beau Jones; and his siblings, Ernest Friesen (Sue), Richard Friesen (Irma), Robert Friesen (Bev), Calvin Friesen (Marian), Violet Derksen, June Dyck (Nick), Martha Rustulka (Blaire) and Judith Friesen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and dear friends.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Coaldale Mennonite Church (2316 17th St, Coaldale, AB T1M1G3).
