He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Lawrence Hill (Larry) and Deloise Bennion Hill; and his siblings, Colleen Fink, Joan Berkley Olsen and Robert Bennion (Bob).

He is survived by: his children, Fred Hill (Yvonne), Dee Dee Michel (Walter) and Becky Hill. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
