She was predeceased by: her mother Elsie; and her father-in-law Heinz. She is survived by: her husband Carl; her family Denise; her daughters, Melissa Claassen (Steve Covey) and Kayla (Chris Firkola); her grandsons, Caiden and Kyren; her father Dennis Hurst; her siblings, Terri-Ann Miller (Garry), Dennis W. Hurst and Darcy Hurst (Terry Tyrer); her mother-in-law Anna Claassen; her sister-in-law Anne Marie Maegaard (John); and her pet Spencer. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
