He was predeceased by : his parents, Ray Hopkins and Thelma Hopkins; his brother Larry; and his father-in-law Henk Leusink. He is survived by : his wife Laura; his children, Mark (Sophia) and Sabrina (Will); his sisters, Connie Zucchelli (Rob) and Debbie Butler (Kurt); his mother-in-law Doreen Leusink; his siblings-in-law, Michael Leusink (Dawn) and Rita Meyer (Paul); and his pet Peanut. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
