He was predeceased by: his wife Nelda Loxton Bullock; his parents, Ernest and Alda; and his siblings, Glen (LaVon), Nina (Fletcher) and Keith.
He is survived by: his daughter Nelda-Lee Delaney (Robert); his grandchildren, Daylan Delaney (Aubrey) and Janay Payant (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Tristyn, Taylor, Lincoln, Holly, Lyric and Diem; and his brother Kim (Pat).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Lethbridge East Stake Centre (4105 Forestry Avenue South, Lethbridge, AB T1K 4W3). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
