He was predeceased by: his father Donald; his brother Richard; and his stepson Curtis. He is survived by: his mother Doreen of Nanton; his son Cody Gitzel (Tracey) of Edmonton; his stepson Marvin (Allison); his grandson Kiefer Isbell of Nanton; and his siblings, Valerie Gooch (Jerry) of Lethbridge, Karen Price (Stanley) of Nanton and Wayne Gitzel of Nanton. He is also survived by his two sons and grandson, along with his best friends.
