He is survived by: his children, Kenneth, Brenda, Colleen and Darren; his children-in-law, Lori Van Raay and Bill Bezooyen; his daughter Sandra Van Raay; his son-in-law Duncan Mackey; his daughter Michelle Van Raay; his daughter-in-law Crystal Van Raay; his grandchildren, Emily, Adam, Dexter, Luke, Zoltan, Sawyer, Sullivan, Lincoln, Agatha, Pax and Brock; his close friend Julie Perverseff; and his siblings, Henk, Will and Thea.
