With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Casey Simonsen of Lethbridge, Alberta, who passed away on August 1, 2020. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Casey Simonsen to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harold Benson, Jens Simonsen and Karen Simonsen; and his uncles, Warren Benson, Craig Benson and Elmer Benson.
He is survived by: his parents, Deb Simonsen and Ib Simonsen of Picture Butte; his sister Brie Simonsen of Picture Butte; his nephew Carson Simonsen; his grandmother Lois Benson of Taber; and his cousin Denmark. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles.
As a result of the restrictions regarding COVID-19, and the government's recommendations, a private visitation and funeral service was held at Southland Funeral Chapel.
If friends so desire, memorial tributes in Casey's name may be made directly to a charity of one's choice.
