With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Leusink (Lethbridge, Alberta), born in Calgary, Alberta, who passed away on January 12, 2023 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John Leusink; her children, Kevin Leusink (Lindsey) and Nicole Leusink-Parder (Craig); her grandchildren, Nathan, Emily and Cole Leusink; and her parents, Bastian Oord and Aletta Van Oord.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to two charities close to Carolyn's heart.
