He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel and Donald Jensen. He is survived by: his friend Rick Weiss; his wife Erika Jensen; his siblings, Deborah (Richard), Cheryl, Brenda (Aiden) and Brent; his children, David (Helen), Charla and Jared (Karen); and his grandchildren, Berlynn, Coraline, Blayden and Bayne.
