He was predeceased by : his parents, Jacob Vanderleest and Tina Vanderleest; his sister Tina Vanderleest; his brother-in-law Jerry Vandersteen; his niece Audrey Procee; and his nephew Rylan Procee.
He is survived by : his siblings, Vena Vandersteen (Gerrit) of Taber, Rika Vanderleest of Lethbridge and Cory Vanderleest (Diane) of Sooke. He is also survived by his family and friends.
