He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kathleen Harty and Richard Heitrich. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Harty and Melanie Harty; his daughters, Lucy Newbold, Sophia Harty and Grace Harty; his siblings, Jon Harty (Jessica), Angelina Harty (Chris Davis) and Stephanie Harty; and his grandparents, Bruce Harty and Lynda Heitrich.
