He is survived by: his cousin Barrie; his sister Helen Cook; his brother-in-law Floyd Cook of Claresholm; and his nieces and nephews, Jason, Alwyn Cook, Strathmore, Juli, Lance Miller, Magrath, Jana, Cam Blumel, Beaumont, Adrian, Amber Cook, Medicine Hat, Vance, Randa Cook and Brooks.
