She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Polgar; her parents, John Colon McNichol and Jessie Hughina McNichol (Staples); her son Joseph Polgar; her husband Joe Polgar; and her former husband Joe Papp.

She is survived by: her children, Ron Papp (Sheila), Debbie Papp (Chris), Cecil Papp (Victoria) and Steven Polgar (Tina).
