She was predeceased by: her husband John; her son Harry; her brothers, Henry Wiens and Jacob Wiens; and her parents, Heinrich Wiens and Margaretha Wiens.

She is survived by: her children, Marlene Beerling (Bryan) of Lethbridge, Elmer Doerksen (Marilyn) of Hays, Elma Guinto (Sandy) of Lethbridge Gary and Robert Doerksen (Lori) of Hays; her sister Margaret Olfert; and her sister-in-law Helen Wiens. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
