He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Valer and Elsie Valer; his siblings, John Valer and Elsie Schimph; and his granddaughter Kristina Burns.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma; his siblings, Mary and Paul (Amy); his daughters, Lori Burns (Donnie) and Cindy Koskewich (Darrel); and his grandchildren, Brad Burns (Ashley), Tiffany Oriold (Lance), Jennifer Slingerland (Matthew) and Jeremy Koskewich. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Andy just celebrated his 91st birthday on April 6, 2020 with his family outside his window due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
