He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Rice and Luella Rice (Oviatt); and his brother Neil. He is survived by: his siblings, Gordon (Carol), Ron (Lois), Gayle and Maureen; and his children, Terence (Maggie), Cameron (Tracy), Chad (Susan), Jeff (Serena), Darlene Jensen (Paul) and Becky Whetmore. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
