Alice Johnson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alice Johnson of Lethbridge, Alberta, born in Redcliff, Alberta, who passed away on April 1, 2021 at the age of 99. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alice Johnson to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John McLachlan and Belle McLachlan; her former husband Mel; and her siblings, Hugh, Alex, Bill McLachlan, Marg Oaks, Isabel Bergdahl and Verna Brown.

She is survived by: her children, Cliff Johnson of Calgary, Audrey Reti (John Wilson) of Lethbridge and Gene Johnson (Mary Joan) of Iddesleigh; her grandchildren, Dr. Sandra Davidson (Jim) of Calgary, Heather Petherick (Eldon) of Kemptville, ON and Zack Johnson (Samantha) of Iddesleigh; her great grandchildren, Matt, Natalie Petherick of Kemptville, ON, Korben and Eva Johnson of Iddesleigh; her sister Lucille; her husband Melvin Johnson (GM); and her son Clifford. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

A tremendous "Thank you" is extended to all the caring staff at Columbia Assisted Living and at St. Therese Villa in Lethbridge, and Dr. Logan Steed who have been her dedicated caregivers for the past 13+ years... keeping her safe through this COVID pandemic.
