He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Reinhart Werk and Betty Jean Ellis. He is survived by: his pet Oscar; his children, Michele and Jeff (Cheena); the mother of his children Debbie Werk; his brothers, Victor (Shelly) and Larry (Brenda); his grandchildren, Zane and Matilda; and his sisters, Victoria O'Donnell and Diane Law. He is also survived by the numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
