He is survived by: his wife Nellie Kadijk; his close friend Nellie; his son Chris (Linda); his grandchildren, Jake (Esther), Eileigh (Noah) and Caleb (Martha); his daughter Rowena (Sam); his grandchildren, Justin (Heather), Jenna and Jaclyn; his son Mark (Sylvia); his grandchildren, Solana and Sarah; and his siblings, Eme Kadijk, Rentje Kadijk, Gerard Kadijk, Klaas Kadijk, Elly Hamster and Alie Bos.
