He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Addie, Charlie Perdue, Mel and Jean Muhly; his aunt Jean Lapointe (Dave); and his uncle Ken Perdue.
He is survived by : his father Bob Muhly; his children, Travis Green, Tyler Green (Caitlyn) and Courtney Hasper (Brent); his stepgranddaughters, Sophie Green and Adeline Hasper; his uncle Bryon; and his aunt Linda Muhly. He is also survived by his cousins and friends.
