Julia (Schayes) Florence Casavant Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2020, Julia (Schayes) Florence Casavant of Legal, Alberta passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Julia (Schayes) Florence Casavant to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Andy; her siblings, Marcel, Leon, Lucille D'Heer and Denise Tieulie; and her parents, George Schayes and Florence Schayes.

She is survived by: her children, Dean (Lynette) and Carol Popeniuk (Daryl); her grandchildren, Emily, Marina, Eric and Lexi; and her sister Cecile Vion. She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.

Due to COVID – 19 Restrictions a Private Family invitation only, Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at 10:30 a. m., on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at St. Emile Catholic Church, Legal, AB.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made in Julie's name to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, 202 – 11227 Jasper Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5K 9Z9 or the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 5241 Calgary Trail NW Suite 144, Centre 104, Edmonton, AB T6H 5G8.
