He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore and Lucille. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Dean Popeniuk (Lynette) and Carol Popeniuk (Daryl); his grandchildren, Emily, Marina, Eric and Lexi; and his siblings, Bernie, Janette and Claude (Lucy).
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Andy may be made to STARS Air Ambulance.
