Wesley Edward Fay Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wesley Edward Fay (Leduc, Alberta), who passed away on December 10, 2023, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Charles (Chuck); and his brother Garrett. He is survived by: his mother Laurie Fay of Leduc; his nephew Charlie-Ray Fay of Calgary; his grandmother Carol Kokas; his uncle Perry; and his aunts, Kathy (Dennis), Debbie (Ken), Bonny (Terry) and Patty (Phil).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church (youth fund) or the Cross Cancer Institute.
