He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Christine; his children, Justin (Robin), Natalie (Peter) and Patrick (Samantha); his grandchildren, Ben, Kaiden and Beau; his siblings, Jeff and Aileen; and his parents, Barbara and Donald.

He succumbed to a 14 year battle with Parkinson's Disease and Dementia.
