She was predeceased by: her parents, Metro Babiak and Martha Babiak; her brothers, Manuel and Samuel Babiak; and her husband Lawrence Borys.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Darcie) and Julian (Shauna); her grandchildren, Melanie (Michael), Cameron (Miranda), Joshua, Colby (Kennedy), Marina, Devon (Annie) and Ryan; her great grandchildren, Maisey and Beau; and her son Micheal.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations in Phyllis' memory may be made to St.Mary's Russian Greek Orthodox Church or a charity of your choice.
