It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marjorie Virginia Bilar (Leduc, Alberta), born in Lamont, Alberta, who passed away on January 26, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Liske and Anna Liske; her stepmother Blanche Liske; and her brother-in-law Gordon Bottorff. She is survived by: her husband Ted; her children, Grant (Elaine) and Donna-Mae Hall (Darcy); her grandchildren, Kallen, Quintin, Gavin Bilar and Sarah Hall; and her sisters, Vera (Bob Stevenson), Shirley (Allen Burnett) and Audrey Bottoroff (Herman Poel). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, because literacy was so important to Marjorie, donations may be made to the Thorsby Municipal Library, or the charity of one's choice.
