She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Tim Smitten and Walther Huska. She is survived by: her mother Angie Jackson; her stepfather Reuben Bailey; her father Bryce Jackson; her stepmother Tammy Jackson; her siblings, Hayden (Cameryn), Marie and Paul; her grandparents, Pauline Smitten (Nana), Daryl, Janice Jackson, Jay, Janet Bailey and Penny Huska (Nan); and her pet Kyle. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jax's name to the Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation, Mental Health campaign.
