She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer William Meade; her son Jaret Meade; her mother Della Marie Yuzwenko; and her stepfather Bill Yuzwenko. She is survived by: her son Jason Meade (Kristy); her grandsons, Michael (Melanie), Jonathan and Jacob; her great grandchild Maisey; and her brother Mike White (Patricia). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation in Judy's name may be made to the Alberta Diabetes Foundation.
