He was predeceased by: his parents, Camiel and Teckla; his brother James; and his son Allan. He is survived by: his wife Louise; his children, Tom (Elaine) and Michelle Tensen (John); and his grandchildren, Curtis (Sarah Leonard) and Sophia. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
