He was predeceased by: his parents, James McIntosh and Helen Leverington; and his siblings, Sharon McConnell and Wayne McIntosh. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Tom (Sandy) and Joanne; his grandsons, Christopher, Jeffrey and Nicholas; his siblings, Bill McIntosh (Jane), Art Leverington (Janine), Jim McIntosh (Bev) and Alvina McIntosh; and his siblings-in-law, Linda McIntosh and George Reynar (Judy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
