She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Splett and Ottilie Splett; and her sisters, Alwine Schmidt (Gottlieb), Olga Kern (Albert) and Emma Kern.
She is survived by: her nieces, Irma Mayer of Wetaskiwin, Hilda Holloway of Leduc, Irma Zwerschke, Lilli and Gerda of Germany; and her nephew Edmund Schmidt (Cynthia) of Australia.
