She was predeceased by: her husband Doug Young; her son Jerry Young; her parents, Oliver Ayers and Hilah Ayers; and her siblings, Vernona, Viola, Virgil, Edna, Olive, Dick and Jim.

She is survived by: her daughters, Alicia Young, Colleen Strautman (Barry), Chosen and Donna Gagnon (Pete); her grandson Cole Young (Brook); her great grandchildren, Seth, Lily, Abigail, Elizabeth and Evelyn; her mother-in-law Annette Jervis (Grant); and also, Elaine Young, Joshua, Chase, Megan, Sherry Young, Jet, Airika, Annette, Mady, Joel Strautman, Michelle Faulkner (Ryan), Paige, Rhett, Ryan Moraes (Kelsey) and Helena. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
