It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Elmer Knopp of Leduc, Alberta, who passed away at the age of 98, on March 1, 2022. He was predeceased by: his wife Myrtle; his parents, Andrew and Christina; and his siblings, Alex, Reinhold, Rudolf, Fred, Edwin, John, Herb, Emil and Irene Schafer.

He is survived by: his children, Caroline (Garry), Glenda (Mike), Glenn (Esther) and Dan (Colleen); his grandchildren, Wendy (Doug), Shane (Crystal), Katrina (Byron), Priscilla, Alex (Lindsay), Shannon, Christopher and Bradley; and his great grandchildren, Andrew, Cameron, Maliyah and Joshua. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and many friends.
