He was predeceased by: his brother Stanley Ulmer; and his parents, Ernest Ulmer and Lenora Ulmer. He is survived by: his children, Emmett Ulmer (Becky) and Amanda Ulmer (Karen Ulmer); and his siblings, Owen Ulmer (Shirley), Debbie Ulmer and Bonnie Ulmer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
