He was predeceased by: his brother Marc. He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his children, Scott and Nicole Mantyka (Luke); his grandchildren, Halle and Leo; his daughter Lindsey Mix (Dallas); his grandchildren, Caleb and Hannah; and his siblings, Ray, Claudette Bokenfohr, Lionel (Joan), Sylvia Demers (Gerry), Marie (Larry), George (Divina) and Francine Longpre (Gerald).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Agriculture class of 69 Bar None leadership award Endowment Fund at the U of A, or to Parkinson Association of Alberta.
