It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Annette Leona (Zastre) McKinnon of Leduc, Alberta, who passed away on March 26, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Zastre and Lina Zastre; her son Richard McKinnon; her granddaughter Emma Rentz; her siblings, Verna Fenelon, Maurice Zastre, Lucille Zastre, Donald Zastre, Arletta Zastre, Paul Zastre, David Zastre and Raymond Zastre; her brother-in-law Dave McKinnon; and her nephew Tyler Zastre.

She is survived by: her husband Bob; her children, Shawn McKinnon (Kerri) and Shannon Griffin (Harold); her siblings, Edward Zastre (Francine), Marcel Zastre (Alvina), Vern Zastre and Denise Treyturik (Rick); her mother-in-law Florence McKinnon; her sisters-in-law, Blanche Zastre, Donna Zastre and Florence Zastre; and her grandchildren, Caeden, Tanehya McKinnon, Makenna and Marleigh Rentz. She is also survived by numerous nephew and nieces; and countless friends.

Due to COVID 19 restrictions, a private family ceremony will follow at 2:00 p. m..
