He is survived by: his wife Emily; his daughter Jacqueline Swain; his grandchildren, Nicole and Jace; his son Travis (Katie); his grandchildren, Carter, Sawyer and Charley; his son Dale; and his grandchildren, Aaron, Stephanie and David. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
A burial will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church.
