He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Elizabeth; and his siblings, Mike, John, Jacob and Lena.

He is survived by: his wife Grace; his daughter Beverly; his granddaughters, Jennifer Taylor (Nick) and Zoey Shaw; his great grandchildren, Kali and Violette Taylor; his siblings, Nancy Procyk of Delph, Olga Stadola (Joe) of Lamont, Anne Pruss of Edmonton and Bill Kurylo (Stella) of Lamont; his siblings-in-law, Olga, Helen, Pauline Kurylo and John Melnyk; and his nieces and nephews, Lawrence, Amy Tychkowsky, Pat Reed and Delores Cossey.
