He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Stach and Nancy Stach. He is survived by: his wife Grace; his grandchildren, Brandon (Alyscia), Bradley, Brent, Roxanne Sieben (Scott), Levi (Juline), Austin, Dwayne, Breanna and Dustin; and his sister Audrey Mendiuk (Ben). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to "St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church" or " ICU – Royal Alexandra Hospital- Edmonton.".
