He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Konsorada and Helen Konsorada; and his parents-in-law, Stanley and Angela Chiperzak. He is survived by: his wife Rose; his children, Dylan (Melissa) and Jasmine; his grandson Dominic; his brother Arley Konsorada (Shirley); and his parents-in-law, Marlene Stefura (Bill) and Bernie Sheptycki (Fraser). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be officiated by Reverend Kristopher Schmidt on Friday, November 6, 2020 at 11:00 a. m. with internment to follow at St. Bonaventure Cemetery in Chipman, Alberta at 1:00 p. m. Due to COVID-19 gathering restrictions, the family appreciates your understanding that attendance will be by invitation only.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to erect a memorial bench at St. Bonaventure Cemetery in Dwayne's name may be made out to Our Lady of Angels Roman Catholic Church and sent to P.O. Box 386 Lamont, AB T0B 2R0.
