It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arnold Bursey of Lamont, Alberta, who passed away on January 7, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Bursey and Frank; his siblings, Ada Slade (Hubert), Elmer Bursey (Ina) and David Bursey; his parents-in-law, Arthur and Elizabeth Lidstone; and his brother-in-law Edwin Lidstone (Joy).

He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Glenn, Gail and Rhonda Lynn (Terry); his grandchildren, Kirk, David (DJ), Dawne (Adam), Michael, Corey (Rachel) and Kyle; his great grandchild Benjamin; and his nieces and nephews, Peter Bursey, Helen Bursey, Donna Bursey, Philip Slade (Karen), Lois Slade, Geoff Slade (Shona), Carla Diamond (Pete), David Paul Bursey, Lesa Lidstone, Steve Lidstone, Linda Lidstone and Darrel Lidstone.
