He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Mary; and his siblings, Walter, Daniel and Rosemarie Melnychuk (Walter).
He is survived by: his wife Jeannette; his sons, Jason and James (Key); his grandsons, Josiah and Jacob; his siblings, Rodney (Mona) and Margie Kropiniski (Richard); and his sister-in-law Pat. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
