It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Alec Babich of Lamont, Alberta, born in Vilna, Alberta, who passed away at the age of 85, on April 8, 2024. He is survived by: his wife Anne Marie Babich; his children, Helen Beauregard (Andre), Peter Babich (Daphne), Tracey Hiemstra (Lorne) and Paul Babich; and his sisters, Kate Hawrysh and Florence Babich. He is also survived by his numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate either donations to your local food bank or have Masses said on behalf of Alec.
