With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vern Ervin Shane Johnson (Lacombe, Alberta), born in Red Deer, Alberta, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 7, 2025 at the age of 60. He is survived by: his children, Crysta, Melody, Shanea (Jason), Owen and Cameron Johnson; his grandchildren, Emilia, Carter, Calian Johnson, Laneya and Emberley Ermineskin; and his sisters, Delia Reitsma (Dan), Tina Bale (Bill) and Sheila Fowler. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Redeemer United Reformed Church (4519 46 Ave, Lacombe, AB T4L1R6).
